How dry shampoo kept me exercising. Well it’s a basic fact that after all that working out my hair definitely does not look good. If rushing of to work or meeting the girls for a night out afterwards I feel a wreck so I must wash my hair.

That is what one of the ladies in my exercise class told to me last week. After I picked up the container of dry shampoo that had fallen out of her bag. “With this I can survive” she told me.

Dry shampoo is great for getting rid of those oily areas or for giving your hair a look of volume. But constant use without washing your hair with water is not something I would recommend. [Read more…]
